| This is J.C. Klein, the author of Turtle Soup. She grew up in California and always liked animals. J.C.'s first job was at a movie studio where she became an animator. She helped draw many cartoons, like "The Iron Giant". She also did what is called storyboarding, where she helped make stories for the movies. All of this drawing helped prepare J.C. to make this book, which she enjoyed doing very much. She is working on the next book right now, and she hopes that you will enjoy it. | ||||
